PETHAUS BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Brand Ambassador Program. The terms “Brand Ambassador,” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We”, “our”, “us” refer to Pethaus.

AGREEMENT DURATION

This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing.

Becoming an ambassador, does not establish any legal or financial relationship with Pethaus. We reserve the right to terminate an ambassador’s position at any time, with or without reason, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

AMBASSADOR CODE USAGE

As an ambassador we provide a personalized code for you to share and have your referrals use with their purchase. This code is not to be shared on public coupon/discount websites such as honey, dealspot, etc . Sharing on discount platforms will result in immediate suspension of contract and any rewards earned.  (Should you find your code on one of these sites let us know immediately so we can change the code )

We want our ambassadors to proudly represent our brand, lifestyle and morals. If you're a wild child who rocks at life, enjoy's a bit of mischief and general badassery then you are our people!  We love our pack to be a little left of centre and creative. 

We ask our ambassadors to:

1. Reach out to friends, family and acquaintances via social media / word of mouth to educate them on our brand.
2. Help promote our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.), giveaways & events.
3. Post on social media promoting and tagging @hellopethaus (Instagram, Facebook, Tik tok etc.). At least 3 posts a month across any of these platforms for example 1. instagram page post,  2. Facebook post and 3. An Instagram story - or any mix you like. 
4. Submit a biography as well as a photo of yourself wearing your Pethaus gears. We may publish this on the Brand Ambassador page on our website. Each ambassador will have their own personal profile, which can be shared for all promotional purposes. If you are uncomfortable with your profile appearing on our website, simply reach out to us and we will take it down by request.
5. Help drive traffic to pethaus.com.au  (our website) through the use of social media, word of mouth and any other reasonable means.

By signing up and submitting our e-contract, you are confirming that you are 20 years of age

As a Brand Ambassador we expect you to represent our brand in good taste. We encourage you to be unique and creative when posting and sharing.

RESTRICTIONS ON CREATING OR SHARING CONTENT ASSOCIATED WITH PETHAUS NAME/PRODUCTS/GEAR*:

o          X-rated and promote sexually explicit materials

o          Promoting violence and/or drug use

o          Promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age

o          Promoting illegal or questionable activities

o          Violating intellectual property rights

*Not following any of the above terms will lead to immediate code deactivation and removal from the Pethaus ambassador program, followed by a permanent block.
