- Simply return your items within 14 business days of receiving for Australia or 30 business for international.
- Once we received we issue you a credit code for the value spent.
- Use this code at our checkout to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value.

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable.

- When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order.
- When we receive your return we will issue a store credit for the item/s returned. This will be sent to you via email. 👍🏼
We process our returns once a week on Fridays
We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS
Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;)
* Please note refunds can only be made back to the card or method of purchase you used such as paypal or gift card.
We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incurr a processing fee of 15% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $25.
