Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted.
We process our returns once a week on Fridays
We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS
Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;)
* Please note refunds can only be made back to the card or method of purchase you used such as paypal or gift card.
We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incurr a processing fee of 15% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $25.
