• Simply return your items within 14 business days of receiving for Australia or 30 business for international.
•  Once we received we issue you a credit code for the value spent.  
• Use this code at our checkout to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value.

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted.

• When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order. 
• When we receive your return we will issue a store credit for the item/s returned. This will be sent to you via email. 👍🏼 

We process our returns once a week on Fridays 

We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS

Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;) 

* Please note refunds can only be made back to the card or method of purchase you used such as paypal or gift card. 

We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incurr a processing fee of 20% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $40 - please note orders with personalisation can only be cancelled within 8hrs of order.

You can also change the shipping location if required - say shipping to a friend or different country.

🚨 IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR USA CUSTOMERS. (updated Aug 3 2025) 

Our US customers are a huge part of our business and very important to us, we are trying our best to stay on top of the "ever changing" US tariff environment and keep you informed.

This changing environment is incredibly frustrating (and scary) for us and information we are getting is vague at best.  We hope to see clearer smoother shipping soon. In the meantime we will be doing everything we can to help you guys, we appreciate your support and patience over this time.  

Our current understanding is the de minimis exemption will end on AUG 29 2025, this means all packages entering USA after this date (regardless of when you ordered) will be subject to the new tariffs.   (orders made before 15th of Aug should easily clear before then, we recommend express shipping to be safer) 

What does this mean?   

• Your package will be assessed by US customs and relevant tariffs will be applied to the value of your order (less shipping)
• USPS will contact you for payment of the fees before releasing the item to send to you.  (we are unsure whether this will be a letter sent or email or phone call) 
• If you do not pay the fees your purchase will either be returned to us or potentially destroyed - we do not offer refunds when payment of fees is refused by you. 
• Most of our products will be subject to a very small 10% tariff, however some stocked products may incur the 30% China tariff. 
• Please note we are also hearing reports that for 3 - 6 months a "FLAT RATE FEE" may be applied to all packages entering the US while they put into place a tariff collection system.  This fee is reported to be $80 regardless of the value of goods. 😢 - absolutely ridiculous.  - We have no confirmation if this potential flat fee is happening or not but will be closely monitoring the situation and updating as soon as we have new information.
