We know getting the right fit for your dog online can sometimes be tricky — every pup is shaped a little differently. To make things easier, if the size isn’t quite right for your dog, you may exchange your item for a different size.

Items must be:

Unworn and in original condition
Clean and free of pet hair
• Returned with all original packaging where possible

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size. - PETHAUS COVERS ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 👏🏼

    ORDER CANCELLATION.

    Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incur a processing fee of 20% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $20 -  This fee covers order printing, picking, packing, restocking + repacking items and potential loss of sales for items removed for sale online. 

     

    Returns, Repairs, Replacements & Order Changes (Australian Consumer Law)

    Pethaus complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer guarantees provided under it.

    If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. To assess any claim, the item must be returned to Pethaus for inspection.

    Pethaus does not accept that an item is faulty until it has been physically assessed. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to determine whether a fault exists and whether the item has failed to meet a consumer guarantee under ACL.

    Our apparel is printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. Due to the nature of garment printing, the following are not automatically considered faults and may require assessment: printing over seams, natural fabric or print texture variations, minor cracking or wear consistent with use, or issues arising from washing or care instructions not being followed.

    Where a fault is confirmed, Pethaus will provide an appropriate remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair or replacement. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

    Personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically to customer specifications. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised items. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a genuine fault exists.

    Orders may only be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced. If an order has not yet shipped, Pethaus may, at its discretion, assist with size or colour changes or adding additional items, subject to availability.

    Personalised orders may only be edited or cancelled within 8 hours of purchase and cannot be edited or cancelled once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

    Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once received, Pethaus will assess the item and respond within 7 business days.

    Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
