• Simply return your items within 30 days of receiving. ( Personalised items will only be accepted if faulty - please email us to discuss) 
• Once received in original condition we will issue you a credit code to repurchase.
• Use this code at our checkout to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value.

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted.

• When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order. 
• When we receive your return we will issue a store credit for the item/s returned. This will be sent to you via email. 👍🏼 

We process our returns once a week on Fridays 

We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS

Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;)

We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.

ORDER EDITS. 

• We are always happy to edit or adjust orders (sizes / colours / personalisation etc ) so just reach out via chat box or email hello@pethaus.com.au

ORDER CANCELLATION.

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incur a processing fee of 20% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $20 -  This fee covers order printing, picking, packing, restocking + repacking items and potential loss of sales for items removed for sale online. 

Returns, Repairs, Replacements & Order Changes (Australian Consumer Law)

Pethaus complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer guarantees provided under it.

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. To assess any claim, the item must be returned to Pethaus for inspection.

Pethaus does not accept that an item is faulty until it has been physically assessed. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to determine whether a fault exists and whether the item has failed to meet a consumer guarantee under ACL.

Our apparel is printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. Due to the nature of garment printing, the following are not automatically considered faults and may require assessment: printing over seams, natural fabric or print texture variations, minor cracking or wear consistent with use, or issues arising from washing or care instructions not being followed.

Where a fault is confirmed, Pethaus will provide an appropriate remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair or replacement. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

Personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically to customer specifications. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised items. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a genuine fault exists.

Orders may only be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced. If an order has not yet shipped, Pethaus may, at its discretion, assist with size or colour changes or adding additional items, subject to availability.

Personalised orders may only be edited or cancelled within 8 hours of purchase and cannot be edited or cancelled once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once received, Pethaus will assess the item and respond within 7 business days.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order 

Enter your items in the cart and a pop up with your shipping location and rates will come up in the cart. 

You can also change the shipping location if required - say shipping to a friend or different country.
