* Note Vests are sized differently to hoodies and tees please check the size chart that applies to your style.
We do not recommend an average breed size as no two dogs of the same breed are exactly the same. - Please do not guess your measurements ie - my dog is a large breed so will be a size large ... that's not how it works guys ;)

I love the patch and the jacket. I got Ruby's so she would match her brother Dexter. I purchased Dexter's jacket and patches in December 2019 and when I ordered his the wolf patch was an iron on. My only complaint about Ruby's is that it was not an iron on, I had to sew it and that took a lot of time with all the little pieces that jut out with the wolf's teeth and fur. I'm also not the best seamstress, so I'll probably have to redo it at some point, but it works for now.
I do think hers has bolder thread, so it pops more than Dexter's.

It was very easy to iron on, as were his other patches. I definitely plan to get one for my other dog when I order her a denim jacket for her birthday in May so they can match <3

We want you to love your gear, if for any reason your not happy we want to sort it out for you quickly.

- Simply return your items within 14 business days of receiving for Australia or 30 business for international.
- Once we received we issue you a credit code for the value spent.
- Use this code at our checkout to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value.

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted.

- When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order.
- When we receive your return we will issue a store credit for the item/s returned. This will be sent to you via email. 👍🏼
We process our returns once a week on Fridays
We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS
Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;)
* Please note refunds can only be made back to the card or method of purchase you used such as paypal or gift card.
We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incurr a processing fee of 15% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $25.
