We want you to love your gear, if for any reason your not happy we want to sort it out for you quickly.

• Simply return your items within 14 business days of receiving for Australia or 30 business for international.
•  Once we received we issue you a credit code for the value spent.  
• Use this code at our checkout to exchange for the correct size or item of the same value.

*CUSTOMISED / PERSONALISED  PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED SORRY    

*ITEMS LISTED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AS "FINAL SALE" ARE NOT RETURNABLE 

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted. 

• Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs 
• When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order. 
• When we receive your return we will issue a store credit for the item/s returned. This will be sent to you via email. 👍🏼 

We process our returns once a week on Fridays 

We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS

Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;) 

* Please note refunds can only be made back to the card or method of purchase you used such as paypal or gift card. 

We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.

ORDER EDITS. 

• We are always happy to edit or adjust orders (sizes / colours / personalisation etc ) so just reach out via chat box or email hello@pethaus.com.au

ORDER CANCELLATION.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incur a processing fee of 20% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $50 -  This fee covers order printing, picking, packing, restocking + repacking items and potential loss of sales for items removed for sale online. 

* Please note personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded after 12 hrs as we will have begun production.

Our shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order
