We do not recommend an average breed size as no two dogs of the same breed are exactly the same. - Please do not guess your measurements ie - my dog is a large breed so will be a size large ... that's not how it works guys ;)

Our snuggly army green combat hoodie can be customised in army stencil with your choice of text either on the hood, the chest or both!
* Yes you can have different words on the hood, back and chest :)
* We recommend measuring your dog first as customised items are not able to be exchanged. We are always happy to help advise just email us. :)
These thick comfy hoodies are great for chillin, and look wicked layered under our denim.
Cropped under the chest so there's no bathroom mishaps, our hoodies have been rigorously tested by Willie dog and Trigger pup in battle.
Each hoodie has a harness hole and Pethaus hood tab so everyone knows you are part of our crew.

Just chuck it in the wash - it's not fancy. Cotton / Poly bend. - best not to tumble dry but you can if your lazy (we do) .

- Once received in original condition we will issue you a credit code to repurchase.

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable, these items will incur a dry cleaning fee or be deemed not accepted.

FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS
Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;)

We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION.
Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours unless already shipped. Cancelled orders will incur a processing fee of 20% of the order total less shipping. To a maximum of $20 - This fee covers order printing, picking, packing, restocking + repacking items and potential loss of sales for items removed for sale online.
Returns, Repairs, Replacements & Order Changes (Australian Consumer Law)
Pethaus complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer guarantees provided under it.
If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, you must contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. To assess any claim, the item must be returned to Pethaus for inspection.
Pethaus does not accept that an item is faulty until it has been physically assessed. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to determine whether a fault exists and whether the item has failed to meet a consumer guarantee under ACL.
Our apparel is printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology. Due to the nature of garment printing, the following are not automatically considered faults and may require assessment: printing over seams, natural fabric or print texture variations, minor cracking or wear consistent with use, or issues arising from washing or care instructions not being followed.
Where a fault is confirmed, Pethaus will provide an appropriate remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law. This may include repair or replacement. Refunds are provided only where required by law.
Personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically to customer specifications. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised items. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a genuine fault exists.
Orders may only be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has commenced. If an order has not yet shipped, Pethaus may, at its discretion, assist with size or colour changes or adding additional items, subject to availability.
Personalised orders may only be edited or cancelled within 8 hours of purchase and cannot be edited or cancelled once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase. Once received, Pethaus will assess the item and respond within 7 business days.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
