EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

We want you to love your gear, if for any reason your not happy we want to sort it out for you quickly.

Please read our returns policy and carefully follow the instructions to find out how to return.

We are happy to exchange or credit your non custom or sale item if it is returned to us within 14 business days (30 business for international)

*If you would like to include new additional items from our store to your return shipment and save on post just leave us a note in your return application - "Bonus!"  

Please ensure garments are completely free from any hair before sending back. Items which are returned with hair or smell of washing will be considered worn and non exchangeable / refundable. 

  • In the case of exchanges, please note you will be responsible for return shipping and re shipping costs.  
  • When returning your item you will need your order number and the email associated with your order. 
  • If exchanging sizes please include your dogs measurements in the return notes to help get the best fit. 
  • You can also include a side profile photo of your dog and front profile if your dog is an (ahem) awkward or chunky shape ;) 

We process our exchanges once a week so please allow up to 14 business days for us to return your new items. 

*CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. 

*SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE  - this excludes gift sets which are fully exchangeable. 

We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully.

FAULTY GOODS & REFUNDS

Sometimes shit happens, if your goods are faulty please contact us immediately to organise a repair, exchange or credit using our returns form below. We believe "It's the putting right that counts" ;) 

We do not refund on change of mind sorry but are happy to give you a store credit or exchange.
