FAQ's

Shipping

Items excluding custom orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of payment clearing. 


Shipping is within Australia. We use regular Australian post which ships in 2+ days. 

* You can upgrade your shipping to signature on delivery or express at the final stage of your checkout process.


International shipping 

Small items are shipped without tracking for $2.95 unless you select an upgrade tracked option.

Pethaus recommends tracking on all International purchases.  We are not responsible for goods lost by the postal system. Goods shipped without tracking are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Delivery time will depend on your country. (Usually between 3 - 10 business days however delays can occur.)  All International orders are shipped via Australia Post without tracking or insurance unless requested. 


We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and take great care in packaging and shipping my products - it will arrive carefully packaged, no matter where you are located in the world. As a buyer you are responsible for any additional customs fees, please inquire about those for your specific country before ordering.

Please note that Pethaus can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be super happy with your purchase! 
We are happy to refund or exchange your non custom item if it is returned to us within 7 business days (14 business for international)  in its original condition ( unworn ). In the case of exchanges, please note you will be responsible for return shipping and re shipping costs.  Please carefully measure your pet to ensure you get the correct size, our our breed suggestions are a guide only. 

(Please be very specific with your measurements and patch requests for custom battle vests as these are non refundable due to incorrect size.) 

To help us give the best service please contact us before returning the item, to let us know why it wasn't right. Refunds or exchanges will be processed less shipping when the item is received by us in its, unworn in original condition. You are responsible for return post costs.

We do not take responsibility for third party damage or loss, so please choose your shipping destination carefully.
